Cothú
Cothú is an Autistic-led course for parents of Autistic children.
This is a free, 5 week programme we offer in person in South Tyneside and Sunderland, and Online. It is neuro-affirmative and so we try our best to also be neuro-affirmative when delivering it.

Training which is designed by Autistics! We believe that no course should be designed without Autistic input.
Neuro-affirming
We do not agree with behavioural therapy in any form. We believe that all children should be able to access diagnostic assessments and neuro-affirming therapy.
Lived experience
Between us, we have navigated all of the processes that we are bound by, as parents and Neurodivergent individuals, and we understand the challenges involved.
